Summer Camp Poll

Dear Parents,

Parents have reached out regarding the reopening of Chai Tots for the summer program. We have carefully reviewed all the cdc guidelines regarding opening camp this summer and it is doable but with many restrictions. In order for us to open it is important that we get your input and considerations regarding summer.

When filling out the survey, have the following in mind (these are based on current guidelines, and may change as we get closer to camp):

·        Class sizes would be maximized at 10 people to a room including staff.

·        Only children and staff registered at camp will be allowed in the building – no parents or visitors will allowed to enter the facilities.

·        Parents will have to remain in their car during drop off and pick up.

·        There will only be the option to register for the full 7 week program as classes cannot change or mingle mid program.

·        Due to small class sizes and additional sanitation requirements, etc. there will be an increase in the camp fee to $300 per week ($2,100 for the summer).

·        No Scholarships will be given for the summer program. And no refunds will be given for sick or missed days.

·        The camp day will be from 9:00 am until 3:30pm. We cannot offer  early or after care during the summer, as groups cannot be mixed together at any time during the program.
