Eruv Expansion
Over the last few years we have had the privilege to host many Shabbos guests that are staying in Airbnb's & other short term rentals. Many are unaware that we do not have an Eruv & carry around our neighborhood. Our Eruv will extend North until Sheridan Street & West of Us1 & in some places further. This will enable guests & locals to carry on shabbos & Yom Kippur.
How can I help?
We have finished the planning stages & our team of rabbi's & contractors are ready to work to get this Eruv up as soon as possible. We need your contribution to make this a reality. At this time there are only a few locals that are requesting the Eruv, but the influx of Shomer Shabbos investors & guests that come to town as well as many who are looking to move here, we feel that now is the time to do this great Mitzvah. This will enhance the Shabbos of many mothers , little children, seniors & those with disabilities who are currently stuck at home.
